One thing I have keenly observed while I am seated at whichever corner, of whichever church alter, of whichever wedding is this: The ladies in the bright yellow outfits always steal the show!!
As the bridal party parades itself down the aisle and masquerades their themed uniform, the bride’s grand entry into the church seems brighter and more cheerful…especially if the maids are adorned in yellow attire.
It could be just me imagining things but the truth of the matter is that the color yellow in itself can be used as a fabric spice to add taste to your wedding clothing menu.
The wedding I attended of Susan Njoroge and Nicholas Oren was no exception. Like many other newly wed couples, they worked on their primary color scheme to bring out a mix, or should I say ‘clash’ of colors that brightened their alter.
On the other hand, I would recommend a more unique mix other than turquoise blue and yellow as this is a blend that has been used one to many times at weddings. Take into account that you are the owner of your special nuptials day but the audience is always pleasantly surprised and appreciative of a uniquely dressed bridal party…so go all out and be uniquely yellow!
